Residual Protein A Contamination Assay
BioScale has developed a Residual Protein A Detection Kit for use on its ViBE® BioAnalyzer or Workstation that specifically meets the needs of drug manufacturers that need to assess their downstream processes for Protein A contamination.
BioScale’s Residual Protein A kit generates reproducible results (single-digit CVs) while saving significant FTE time with load-and-go operation. With the same kit, assay configuration and timing can be adjusted for different speed and sensitivity requirements. Results can be obtained after a short 30 minute sample incubation or, with longer incubations, picogram level sensitivity can be achieved.
